Album design
So there’s this lady called Rudy. She’s a free-spirited, multi-talented singer/songwriter from New Zealand currently residing in Cambridge, UK. She asked us to bring some design skills to help present her latest album project – Last To Leave. We jumped at the chance.
Ru started the process by sending us a bit of a moodboard of the kind of stuff she likes, from sculptors to polish graphic designers…it helped establish a great starting point.
From there really was a helpful process of evolution until we landed the final concept.
Expanding the concept
The creative brief required variations on the concept for singles artwork and some motion visuals, along with packaging and varied print merch. The final result was a beautiful pack of visuals that complemented Rudy’s incredible album.
